The hooks can be affixed to rings, hooks, anchors, D-Rings, and other cargo anchors. Simply attach the S-hooks to an anchor point, strap over cargo, pull the strap to the desired tension, and close cam buckle to secure strap. The tie-down is compact, portable, and easy-to-use.
